125 East Elm Street
This three-story, Class-A office building occupies a very visible site close to Conshohocken’s Southeast Pennsylvania Transit Authority (SEPTA) commuter rail station and other forms of public transportation. With a modern, glass-filled design, the 41,273-square foot building was completed in mid-2008. In spite of opening in difficult economic times, 125 E. Elm Street leased up quickly to a variety of tenants at top-of-the-market rents.
In 2010, 125 E. Elm Street received the Montgomery County Land Development Award. This award recognized the outstanding achievements of Vision Properties in terms of sustainable site strategies and extensive public enhancements to the City of Conshohocken.
