Wake Forest University
Vision Properties transformed a previously-overlooked multi-family parcel near Wake Forest University into 75 units and 300 beds of student housing. The site required extensive grading and creative storm water solutions, including a wooden covered bridge that also contributed to the community’s traditional design and desirable brand among students. Each fully-furnished unit has four bedrooms and four and one-half baths in a townhouse design.
The community has a clubhouse with a large study room, game room, and workout center. There is also an outdoor patio with grills and a resort-style pool. Deacon’s Station provides hourly shuttle transportation to campus, allowing students to conserve gas and save on parking expenses.
